ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY

This Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Hy-Security Gate, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies ("Hy-Security" or "We"). Unless a different privacy policy is posted, this privacy policy ("Policy") applies to the Web sites of Hy-Security, including hysecurity.com (collectively, "Sites").

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

We collect information from you in various ways when you use our Sites. We collect personal information you directly provide to us. We also collect credit card numbers if you purchase products on our Sites. We may also obtain information from other companies and combine that with information we collect on our Sites.

Hy-Security may store and process personal information in the United States and other countries.

• to (a) comply with laws or respond to lawful requests and legal process, (b) to protect the rights and property of Hy-Security, our agents, members, and others, including to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use, or (c) in the good faith belief that disclosure is needed to respond to an emergency or protect the personal safety of any person;
• in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Hy-Security takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

YOUR INFORMATION CHOICES AND CHANGES

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Hy-Security by following the instructions in those emails. You may also send requests about your contact preferences and changes to your information by emailing unsubscribe@hysecurity.com. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your accounts or our ongoing business relations.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Hy-Security may change this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the "Last Updated" date above.
